📜 Installation & Setup Guide

Because Jet Plane is independently crafted and distributed outside of the Apple App Store, modern versions of macOS (Gatekeeper) may occasionally show a security warning or a dramatic "is damaged and can't be opened" message upon a fresh download. This is simply a standard web-quarantine precaution and can be bypassed in seconds.

Please follow these quick instructions to get your flight airborne:

Step 1: Download & Extract

Download the latest version of Jet Plane using the download button above.
Move Jet Plane.app into your Applications folder (or leave it safely on your Desktop).

Step 2: Clear the macOS Quarantine Flag (If Needed)

If macOS displays a warning stating the app is "damaged" or cannot be opened because it's from an unidentified developer, open your Terminal app and run this simple command to clear the quarantine flag:

xattr -cr /Applications/Jet\ Plane.app

(Note: If you placed your app on your Desktop instead, replace /Applications/Jet\ Plane.app with ~/Desktop/Jet\ Plane.app, or simply type xattr -cr with a space, then drag and drop Jet Plane.app right into the Terminal window!)

Step 3: Launch Jet Plane

Once cleared, double-click Jet Plane.app normally, and your digital assistant will spring to life, ready for action!
